Company History

1950

The founder, Mr. Wang Shi-Shi, established Seiki company to start the business of machinery in Taipei.

1960

Established the first factory in Shulin, New Taipei City. Manufactured shoe sewing machine, cultivator, bag closer, glove machine…, etc.

1971

Launched the first “Made in Taiwan” overlock machine, SK615, (brand: Crown) / Newlong Company (Japan) Technical collaboration.

1974

Moved the factory to the current site in Xindian, New Taipei City. Established “Grinding Department”.
OEM metal parts for home appliances (Sanyo, Tatong…etc.) e.g., washing machine, refrigerator compressor, …, etc.

1978

Launched DL series Lockstitch machine

1984

Discontinuation of Crown brand. Launched SH-6000 Overlock stitch machine

1985

Established Kingtex / 寶獅 brand.

1988

Launched CT/FT series Interlock machine

1989

Established Hongkong Branch Company.
Mitsubishi (Japan) OEM collaboration.

1993

Moved the Head office to the current site in Panchiao, New Taipei City. CT6500 series scaled up the sales.

1994

Singer JSW (Japan) OEM Collaboration.

2002

Established China operation base in Kunshan, Jiangsu.

2005

Launched NT series 4-needle 6-thread flatseamer

2006

Sunstar (Korea) OEM collaboration.

2016

Launched CX series Interlock machine
