Application Description :
SV001 Vacuum device(With blower motor, drum & hose)
The suction force is created by the opening of hose when waste drum is vacuumized by the blower motor. And sucking the trimmed thread ends into waste drum.
All components can be fasten on the table and stand, which is easy for moving the sewing unit in case of sewing production line relocation is required.
Applicable to the overlock with suction thread trimmer, or interlock with suction fabric trimmer.
Standard spec : 200W, 100V~250V, AIR Q'TY : 0.64~0.75m3/min.

SV002 Vacuum device(Blower motor & waste basket compacted in one iron case)
Upper compartment of the iron case is vacuumized by the blower motor which installed in lower compartment, thus, thread ends suction effects is created at the opening of the hose.
Blower motor & waste basket are compacted in one iron case. Only minimum space is required and it is very easy to install this device on the sewing machine.
Applicable to the overlock with suction thread trimmer, or interlock with suction fabric trimmer.
Standard spec : 200W, 100V~250V, AIR Q'TY : 0.9~1.1m3/min.
